TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AMERICA PAC'S WISCONSIN BLOCK CAPTAIN PROGRAM

By participating in America PAC's Wisconsin Block Captain Program, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible to be an approved Block Captain, the person must submit the requested information, including, but not limited to, an email address and cell phone number. Notwithstanding the foregoing, applying to be a Block Captain and submitting the required information does not grant any person the right to be a Block Captain or create any contractual obligations. America PAC, in its sole discretion, has the authority to approve or deny a person's application to be a Block Captain.

PRO-SCHIMEL PHOTOS

For payments being made for submitting pictures supportive of Brad Schimel (a "Pro-Schimel Photo"), the Wisconsin resident must be holding a picture of Brad Schimel in one hand and give the "thumbs-up" sign with their other hand. Each household is limited to receiving one $20. For example, if two people in the same household submit Pro-Schimel Photos, America PAC will only pay $20 (not $40) for those submissions. If Block Captain submits Pro-Schimel Photos from 100 households, they will be desigated a "Block General" and receive an additional $200 payment. America PAC will not pay a Block Captain for submitting Pro-Schimel Photos from a household that has already submitted a Pro-Schimel Photo. All Pro-Schimel Photos must be submitted by 8pm CT on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in order to be eligible for payment.

VOTING LOCATION PHOTOS

For payments being made for submitting pictures near a voting location (a "Voting Location Photo"), the Wisconsin resident must submit a picture of themselves with a voting location in the background. Each household is limited to receiving one $20 payment for submitting Voting Location Photos. For example, if two people in the same household submit Voting Location Photos, America PAC will only pay $20 (not $40) for those submissions. All Voting Location Photos must be submitted between 7 a.m. CT - 8 p.m. CT on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in order to be eligible for payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CIVIC ACTION, INCLUDING VOTING, IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR SUBMITTING A VOTING LOCATION PHOTO. PLEASE NOTE THAT WISCONSIN LAW PROHIBITS ELECTIONEERING WITHIN 100' OF THE ENTRANCE OF A BUILDING CONTAINING A POLLING PLACE. PLEASE OBEY ALL SIGNAGE AT POLLING PLACES.

Block Captains who earn an aggregate payment of $600 or more through this Block Captain Program will be required to first provide a completed IRS Form W9 to America PAC before payment may be issued.

To prevent fraud and for other legal issues, eligibility for receiving payments for the Block Captain Program will be determined at the sole discretion of America PAC and its designees.

America PAC makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding any specific timeframe in which payments for the Block Captain Program will be issued. America PAC will make its best efforts to promptly issue payments to all Participants whom it determines are eligible to receive payment. Partial payments may be made on a rolling basis. Due to a high participation rate in the Block Captain Program, Participants should not necessarily expect to receive incentive payments within a month or even two months. America PAC thanks Participants in advance for their patience.

Any dispute arising out of, or relating to, the Block Captain Program will be exclusively and finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect to be held in Travis County, Texas and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If the amount in controversy exceeds $500,000, arbitration will be conducted under the Procedures for Large, Complex Commercial Disputes.
